Expression of Interest (EOI)

An EOI can either be formal or informal depending on the buyer’s requirements which will normally be set out in the tender notice. Where there are no stipulations an e-mail or letter to the buyer, stating you wish to be included in the tendering process, will normally suffice.

Where the buyer requests certain information a more formal Expression Of Interest should be produced. The response should provide all required information and should be supported by all requested documentation.
