Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and other tender documents vary greatly in terms of their size and complexity. Some are quite straightforward whereas others are far more involved and can take days, or sometimes even weeks, to complete.

Due to the diverse nature of PQQs and tenders it is virtually impossible to give accurate quotes for our bid writing services without studying the documentation first.

When we provide quotations to clients, we base them purely on the amount of time it takes to complete the document, whether it be a PQQ, Invitation to Tender (ITT) or any other type of tender document.

In order to calculate the length of time it will take to complete the document we take the following factors into consideration:

• Number of questions to be completed
• The complexity of the questions
• The information that will be made available by the client
• The information we already have on file (if we’ve worked with the client before)
• Whether any additional supporting documentation needs to be created
• Any additional services requested by the client
